A ball is picked from a bag containing blue balls and red balls, and then replaced into the bag. This experiment is performed 50 times. The result was 15 blue and 35 red. Find the probability of drawing (i) a blue ball (ii) a red ball. [2 MARKS]
Concept: 1 Mark
Solution :1 Mark each
Total number of trials = 50
Number of times blue was picked = 15
(i) Probability of getting blue = 1550=0.30
Number of times red was picked = 35
(ii) Probability of getting red = 3550=0.70
