The correct option is C 7 s

he vertical component of velocity of projection = 50 sin 30 = 25 m/s
If t be the time taken to reach the ground,
0-h = ut - 12g t2 70 = -25t + 12 × 10 t2
70 = - 25t + 5t2 t2 - 5t - 14 = 0 t = -2 s and 7s.
Since, t = -2 is not valid t = 7s
