The correct option is B 1:2
Given: mass of ball 1, m1=1 kg,
mass of ball 2, m2=4 kg,
height of building, h=60 m.

Since the balls are dropped at the same time, the change in velocity is equal in ball 1 and ball 2. (As the balls fall with an acceleration due to gravity 10 ms2)

We know, kinetic energy KE=12mv2
(K.E)1(K.E)2=12m1v212m2v2
m1m2=24=12
or, (K.E)1:(K.E)2=1:2
