Aerodynamic lift experienced by the lift will be F=ΔP×Aeffec where Aeffec=πR2

Neglecting difference in potential energy due to gravity
ΔP=12ρ[(v+Rω)2(vRω2)]

ΔP=12ρ(4vRω)=2vRρω

Hence, F=2πR3vρω

So ,x=2
