Cost of a bicycle $=$ Rs. $2850$
Cost of $3$ bicycles $=$ Rs. $2850 \times 3 =$ Rs. $8550$
The amount paid by Ramayya $=$ Rs. $9000$
The amount shopkeeper gave back to Ramayya $=$ $9000 -$ $8550 =$ Rs. $450$ .
