Given, cost price of bicycle = Rs. 1800
and profit = 12 %
As we know,
$P r o f i t % = \frac{P r o f i t}{C P} \times 100 \Rightarrow 12 = \frac{P r o f i t}{1800} \times 100 \Rightarrow P r o f i t = 12 \times 18 = R s . 216 ∴ S P = C P + P r o f i t = 1800 + 216 = R s . 2016$
Hence, the selling price for bicycle is Rs. 2016.
