$\therefore$ Circumference of wheel = 2 m
According to question
$2\pi r=2$
$\Rightarrow 2\times \frac{22}{7}\times r=2$
$\Rightarrow \frac{44}{7}\times r=2$
$\Rightarrow r=2\times \frac{7}{44}=\frac{7}{22}$
$\therefore$ Diameter of the wheel = 2r
