The correct option is A $\frac{R}{10}$

When thousand droplets are mixed the volume of water remains same. i.e.
1000 $\times$ volume of small droplet = volume of bigger droplet
$1000\times \frac{4}{3}\pi r^3=\frac{4}{3}\pi R^3\Rightarrow 1000r^3=R^3\Rightarrow 10r=R\Rightarrow r=\frac{R}{10}$
