Given, the bike covers 5000 m in 5 minutes.We know that, 1 minute = 60 seconds.Then, 5 min = 300 seconds.

Speed=Distance travelledTimeSpeed of the bike=5000300=503m/s

Given: Train covers 100 km in 50 min.

100 km = 100000 m [1km=1000m]

50 min=50×60=3000 s

Speed of the train =1000003000=1003m/s

Speed of trainSpeed of bike=1003m/s503m/s=2

So, the train moves 2 times faster than the bike.
