Hence, it is produced from waste matter as a byproduct hence it is renewable.Biogas produces much lesser pollution or exhaust gases. Environmental benefits of establishing a biogas plant is to lower the green house effects on the earth atmosphere. It lowers methane emissions by entrapping the harmful gas and use it as fuel.
