The correct option is B 9
There were all sparrows but 'six' means that six birds were not sparrows but only pigeons and ducks.
No. of pigeons + No. of ducks =6, similarly
No. of sparrows + No. of ducks =6
No. of sparrow + No. of pigeons =6
Adding we have,
2 (no. of pigeons + ducks + sparrows) =18
No. of pigeons + ducks + sparrows =182=9.
