Heat radiated per unit time, $P = σ A e T^{4}$
where, $σ$ is the Stefan's constant
For a black body, emissivity, $e \approx 1$
$∴$ Heat energy radiated in time $t$ by the black body, $E = σ A t T^{4}$ where $E = h ν$
$\Rightarrow ν \propto T^{4}$
