The correct option is C 2 m/s

Given, angular speed of disc ω=10 rad/s
Radius of the ring r=20 cm
r=0.2 m
As we know, v=ωr is the velocity of a point on the the outer edge of the disc.
v=10 (rad/s)×0.2 (m)
v=2 m/s
which will be the same as the velocity of the string and the block.
