Let mass of block is M and speed w.r.t ground is Vg and w.r.t observer is V0.
Kinetic energy with respect to ground =Kg
Given: Vg=10 m/s
Kg=12MV2g=12M×102=50 M
Speed w.r.t observer V0=(10(20)) m/s=30 m/s
Kinetic energy w.r.t observer =K0
K0=12MV20
K0=12M×302=450 M

(K)g(K)0=50450=19
