The correct option is B 32
Block does not move upto a maximum applied force of 2 N down the inclined plane.

[f is the friction force]
2+mgsinθ=f
or 2+mgsinθ=μN=μmgcosθ.....(i)
Similarly, block also does not move upto a maximum applied force of 10 N up the plane.

Equating forces, we have
mgsinθ+f=10
mgsinθ+μmgcosθ=10 .......(ii)
Now, solving Eqs. (i) and (ii), we get
mgsinθ=4.....(iii)
and μmgcosθ=6 ........(iv)
Dividing Eqs. (iv) by (iii), we get
μcotθ=32
μ=3tanθ2=3tan302
μ=32
