Now, T -0.3 g= 0

$\Rightarrow$ T = 0.3 g

=$0.3\times 10$ = 3 N

Now, $T_1$ - (0.2 g+ T) = 0

$\Rightarrow T_1=$ 0.2 g + T

= $0.2\times 10+3$= 5N

$\therefore$ Tension in the two strings are 5 N and 3 N respectively.
