Co-efficient of friction $\left(K\right)=0.5$

Horizontal force = $100$ N

$g=10\frac{m}{s^2}$

Solution

Normal reaction $=M\times g=10\times 10$

Normal reaction $=100N$

Friction force $\left(F\right)=K\times 0.5=0.5\times 100=50N$

$F=Ma$

$50=10\times a$

$a=5\frac{m}{s^2}$.
