A block of mass 15 kg is resting on a rough inclined plane as shown in figure. The block is tied up by a horizontal string which has a tension of 50N. Calculate the coefficient of friction between the block and inclined plane.

As N=502+152502+1502=2002
thus, from the forula of friction ,
Fmax=μ N=μ×2002
Under equillibrium along incline
1502=502+μ2002
100=μ200μ=12=0.5
