Given :- Mass of block ( m ) = 5 Kg
Coefficient of friction ( μ ) = 0.4
Acceleration due to gravity (g) = 10 m/s2

To Find :- Minimum horizontal force ( F )

Solution :- According to diagram , Block is balanced by equal and opposite forces
F=N
f=mg

We know , fmax = μN
mg=μF
F=mgu
F=5×10×104 125N––––
Hence , Option C(125N) is correct.––––––––––––––––––––––––––––
