Angular frequency ω=2πT=2π rad/s
Equation of motion of block
N-mg = ma | a= acceleration of S.H.M |
Now at extreme position
a=ω2A |A = amplitude of S.H.M.|
separation will begin when N = 0 i.e, (a=g)
a=ω2A=g
A=gω2=104π2104×10A=0.26m (separation occur at extreme position with amplitude 0.25m)
