The correct option is A 1600J
Acceleration of the block , a=F/m=8/2=4m/s2
Using equation of motion, S=ut+12at2=0(10)+0.5(4)(10)2=200 m
Now using , v2u2=2aS, v202=2(4)(200)
or v2=1600
Thus, KE =12mv2=12×2×1600=1600 J
