It is given that,

Displacement =3 km
t=2060=13 hr

Velocity along AB=ABt
i.e vbrcosθ=313=9 km/hr
cosθ=9vbr=35
sinθ=45
From triangle ABC,
sinθ=vrvbr=vr15
( Horizontal component of velocity of boat must become zero)
vr=12 km/hr

Hence option D is the correct answer
