v2=u22g(1+cosθ)
v2=3gl2gl(1+cosθ)--------------(1)

mv2l=mgcosθ
v2=lgcosθ
from equation (1) and (2), we get
3gl2gl2glcosθ=glcosθ
3cosθ=1cosθ=13
θ=cos1(13)
So, angle rotated before the string becomes slack
=1800cos1(13)=cos1(13)
