KE just before the collision will be loss in PE so Ki=mgh=m×10×10=100m
loss due to impact was 20 % so remaining KE will be Kf=100m×80% or Kf=100m×0.8=80m
Now the velocity of strike will be Vi=2Kim=102m/s
and the velocity after rebound will be Vf=2Kfm=410m/s
coeefificient of restitution will be e=VfVi=410102=0.89
