Let the body goes from A to B in t1 sec and comes back from B to A in t2 sec. and let the distance between A and B be s.
t1=s20
and t2=s30
Total distance traveled =s+s=2s
Total time taken =t1+t2
=s20+s30=5s60
Average velocity =2st1+t2
Putting the values, we get average speed = 24m/s
