Step 1: Quantization of charge
Charge on the body is always quantized.
Total charge on the body is equal to total charge due to protons and charge due to electrons.

where p and n are no. of protons and no. of electrons respectively.

Step 2: Substitute the values
From equation (1)
2×106C=(2.5×1013×1.6×1019C)+(n×1.6×1019C)
2×1061.6×1019=2.5×1013n

n=3.75×1013 electrons
