Quantization of charge tells that amount of charge (q) on a body exists as an intergral multiple of charge on one electron(e). Which means it can be written as:
q = ne
Where
e = 1.6 × 1019 C
n = 0,1,2.....(both positive and negative integers)

From the given possible values only option c is not an integral multiple of e.

Hence option C is the correct answer
