We know force F=mass×acceleration-------(1)
Given time = 2 seconds
We can rewrite the equation (1) as

Force=mass×Final(v)-Initial velocity(u)Time(t)--------(2)

Also change in momentum dp=pfinalpinitial= mass×change in velocity

Equation (2) becomes F=dpdt
Fdt=dp
Integrating the above equation we get:

F20dt=pfpidp

30×2 = PfPi
Therefore change in momentum = 60 kg m/s
