From second equation of motion S=ut+12at2

Displacement in first (P1) sec

S1=12a(P1)2

Displacement in first P sec
S2=12aP2 [As u=0]

As displacement in nth sec

Sn=u+a2(2n1)

S(P2P+1)th=a2[2(P2P+1)1]

=a2[2P22P+1]
