On the rough surface, Magnitude of the tangential and radial acceleration changes. So the direction also changes since acceleration is a vector.
Friction force is constant but changes direction along the circular path of body.
Angular momentum has constant direction which is the perpendicular to the plane of rotation. But its magnitude keeps changing with changing radius and thus, changing angular velocity.
In case of normal force both the magnitude and direction remains same.
