The correct option is C $50$ $m / s$
Here,

Between $t = 4$ and $t = 6$
the particle reaches the topmost point $(u = 0), a n d c o m e s b a c k t o p o i n t i t w a s a t$ t=4$.

So at $t = \frac{4 + 6}{2} = 5,$ it is at topmost point,

$u - g t_{t o p} = 0$

$u = g \times 5 = 10 \times 5 = 50 m / s$

Option $D$ is the correct answer
