Solution

When speed is constant but velocity is variable then direction of motion is changing continuously but magnitude remains then same.
Ex: an object or particle moves in circular motion

When velocity is constant then its speed has to be constant.
Because velocity contains magnitude as well as direction. if one of them changes then velocity will change.
