Angle of elevation $=\angle QOP={60}^{\circ }$

In right angle $△PQO,$

$\tan \left(\angle QOP\right)=\frac{PQ}{QO}$

or, $\tan {60}^{\circ }=\frac{PQ}{8m}$

or, $PQ=8\times \sqrt{3}m$

or, $PQ=13.86m$
