The correct option is A 280 m/s
Work done by the force is W=F×h=120×10=1200J
out of which mgh will be lost against the gravity or in other words mgh=5×9.8×10=490J will be converted
into PE so the remaining energy for kinetic energy will be KE=1200490=710J
but KE is 12mv2
so the velocity can be calculated as v=2KEm=282m/s
