$\omega =2\times 3.14\times \frac{10}{31.4}$

$\omega =2rad/s$

where n is number of revolution per second

Put the value of $\omega$ in expression of angular velocity

$F_c=0.1\times 0.5\times 4$

$F_c=0.2N$
