A body of mass 10 kg is moving with velocity 4 m/s. If P is the momentum associated with the body and K.E. is the kinetic energy. Then K.E. and P of the body are:
80 J and 40 kg m/s
Kinetic energy (K.E.)=12mv2
Momentum (P)=mv
So, K.E.=12×10×42=80 J
P=10×4=40 kgm/s
