The correct option is A 45m
Displacement due north will be XN=uNt=4×2=8m
Acceleration due West will be a=4N2kg=2m/s2
so the displacement due west will be XW=uWt+12at2=0+22=4m
As north and west are perpendicular to each other so net displacement will be X=X2N+X2W=64+16
or X=45meter
