Now, the acceleration is

v=u+at

a=vut

a=204

a=5m/s2

Now, the force is

F=ma

F=2×5

F=10N

s=ut+12at2

Now, the work done is

W=Fs

W=10×40

W=400J

Now, the power is

P=Wt
