Total mechanical energy = constant.
Initial potential energy (Ui)+Initial kinetic energy (Ki)= Final potential energy (Uf)+Final kinetic energy (Kf)

Kf=?
mg×2=12m×v2f
vf=4g=40 m/s=6.32 m/s
