A body of mass 2kg is traveling with a uniform velocity of 10m/sec. What is its momentum? This body collides with another body of equal mass travelling in the same direction with a velocity of 5m/sec. What is the total momentum of the bodies before and after collision?

The momentum, p of an object refers to the quantity of motion that an object has and it depends on its mass(M) and velocity (V). The relation is given as p=M×V

M=2Kg
V=10m/s
=> P=2*10=20
