Mass of body $m = 716$ gram
Weight of body is $W = m g = 716 g$
Now the buoyancy force on body will be equal to the weigh of liquid displaced.
$F = V ρ_{w a t e r} g = 448 \times 1.3 \times g = 582.4 g$
Since the weight of the body is greater then the buoyancy force $W > F$ , so it will move downward.
Hence it will sink.
