Gravitational potential energy =m×g×h at least when a specific height is given. So if we add a height of 5R the PE will increase by -
PE=(m×g×(h+5R))(m×g×h)
Change in PE =(m×g×(h+5R))(m×g×h)

=mgh+mg5Rmgh
=mg5R
