When the lift is falling freely under gravity, then it falls with the acceleration of gravity. For the body of weight 600 N, it would also fall with the acceleration due to gravity in absence of lift. Thus, both the bodies fall with the same acceleration individually just because of the effect of gravity. Hence, they do not interact with each other during falling and their mutual contact force is zero.
