A BODY OF WEIGHT 60N IS PLACED ON A WEIGHING MACHINE AND ALLOWED TO FALL FREELY. WHAT WILL BE THE READING OF WEIGHING MACHINE

Open in App
Solution

Dear Student,
If we are allowing to fall freely then acceleration of the system becomes equal to the acceleration due
to gravity so there is no contact force between weighing machine and body ( whose we are meassuring
weight ) so no reading basically reading gives contact force between weighing machine and body
so no reading
