Acceleration of the body will be

$a=\left(\frac{1-0}{2}\right)m/s^2$

$=0.5m/s^2$

So the net force on the body is

$ma=mg\sin \theta -\mu mg$

$\mu =\frac{10\times 0.5-0.5}{10}$

$=0.45$
