The correct option is B 55m/s
We know that acceleration=ΔV/Δt so change in velocity ΔV=a×Δt, in other area under at graph is change in velocity so vu=area=12×10×11=55m/s
so final velocity v=u+55, putting initial velocity u=0 we get maximum velocity as 55m/s.

Its maximum because acceleration is positive for the given interval so velocity is increasing through out the interval.
