The face of the body A=100cm2=100x1100m2=100x110000=1100m2

The weight of the object m=50kg

Finding the pressure exerted by the object on the table, P:

The force exerted by the body, F=mg=50x10=500N.

The pressure exerted by the body (P) = FA=5001100=50,000Pa

Hence, the pressure exerted by the object on the table = 50,000 pascals.
