Apply kinematic equation.

v2u2=2as

302202=2as(1)

Apply kinematic equation, for half travel distance, (velocity at mid is v1 )

v21u2=2as2

v21202=as(2)

From (1) and (2)

302202=2(v21202)

v21=3022022+202=650

v1=25.49ms1

Velocity at mid-point is 25.5ms1
