The correct option is C Falls on earth behind aeroplane
When bomb is droped from the plane initial horizontal velocity of plane is equal to that of the bomb. If air resistance is not considered then horizontal velocity will be same and body will fall exactly below the plane. If air resistance is considered the body will deaccelerate in horizontal velocity and will not be able to cover as much distance as plane moving at the some constant will cover. So bomb will fall behind the plane.
So best possible option is C.
