Masses are breaks in ratio 1:1:3.
Let masses are m1=15, m2=15 and m3=35,
Let mass m1 and m2 fly in direction x and y respectively. Let velocity of mass m3,V=Vx^i+Vy^j
There is no external force, so momentum will be conserved.
Before the explosion, Linear momentum=0
After the explosion,
In direction x, Linear momentum=m1×15+m3×Vx=0 Vx=5
In direction y, Linear momentum=m2×15+m3×Vy=0 Vy=5

So speed of mass m3,V=(5)2+(5)2=52 m/s
